Smart grids are intelligent electricity networks that use advanced technologies, such as sensors, communication networks, and data analytics, to optimize the generation, distribution, and consumption of electricity. Clean energy technologies, such as wind, solar, hydro, geothermal, and biomass, are essential for addressing the global energy and climate challenges we face today. The increasing demand for energy, coupled with the need to reduce carbon emissions, has created a pressing need for clean and sustainable energy sources. The development and application of smart grid and clean energy technologies are critical for achieving a sustainable energy future.

2023 (11th) International Conference on Smart Grid and Clean Energy Technologies (ICSGCE 2023) with its Special Session on EET (Energy Efficient Technology) will be held in 13~15 Oct. 2023 at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. ICSGCE is an annual conference which aims at bringing together participants from academia, industry, engineering, and administrative organizations around the world to exchange novel ideas, discuss innovative designs, explore enabling technologies and open problems, and share field trial experiences in smart grid and clean energy areas. ICSGCE has been an active platform which provides participants to establish business or research relationships and to find the partners for future collaboration. 

ICSGCE 2023 is co-sponsored by University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and IEEE, hosted by Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (Malaysia), technically co-sponsored by IEEE PES Malaysia Chapter, with patrons "IIMT (University of Fribourg, Switzerland), American University of Sharjah (UAE)".

ICSGCE 2023 will invite and deliver brilliant keynote speeches on smart grid and new energy evolution. The keynote speakers with topics will be announced at

PAPER Publication

► All papers registered to ICSGCE will be published into Conference Proceedings by IEEE, like last few years, which will be included into IEEE Xplore and submitted for Ei Compendex and Scopus. (ICSGCE 2023 Approved by IEEE (Conference Record #59477)
