ICSGCE 2023 Hybrid Conference
2023 (11th) International Conference on Smart Grid and
Clean Energy Technologies (ICSGCE 2023), was held in 13~15 Oct. 2023 in Kuala
Lumpur, Malaysia.
ICSGCE 2023 is co-sponsored by University of Electronic
Science and Technology of China and IEEE, hosted by Universiti Tunku Abdul
Rahman (Malaysia), technically co-sponsored by IEEE PES Malaysia Chapter, with

Ir. Dr. Chong Wen Tong (Universiti Malaya, Malaysia).
